Be Bright- Week Eight

This is not a sponsored post. I just really, really love my Happy Planner and want to share the love and ideas!

This was the final “prep” week before school starts next week, so man… this week was crazy! It included a LOT of busy days at work, which meant a LOT less pictures than I normally take! I can already tell that memory planning while working is going to look completely different than it did during summer vacation! But that’s one thing I love about planning- my style can change and it stretches me creatively! So here we go- week eight in my memory planner!

One of my favorite products that mambi makes is the coordinating colors value pack of stickers. This makes spreads SO easy, and you don’t even have to put much thought into it! This week was CRAZY, so the fact that I could just use a page from this sticker book was perfect! It made the memory planning process so fast! I loved this turquoise and gold set from that sticker book. I thought it went really well with the colors already on the page!

Here is the first half of my week in my memory planner. Monday was a boring day at work, and I took *NO* pictures! Thankfully I had photos of other things from that day, and I also just let my photos from Tuesday night bleed over into Monday. Teachers came back to work on Tuesday, so after that the week was a total whirlwind! It’s crazy how much faster the days go by when teachers are back on campus to keep you busy!

I have a feeling that now that I’m back at work, my memory planner might turn into “The Adventures of Heather & Kristin”. Kristin is the librarian at my school, and I’m the instructional technology specialist. Our jobs are very closely related and we do a lot of our tasks together, so we are together quite a bit! If I’m not in a classroom teaching, I’m probably working on something with Kristin! HA! You will see her face many times in my coming weeks, I’m sure! This past weekend also went by WAY too fast! Friday night we had an {unexpected} trip to Urgent Care. All is well, but it was a long three hours! Saturday was spent running errands all.day.long, and Sunday was mostly spent at the church. Weekends go by way too fast! And guys, did you catch my husband’s dance on #thehappyplannerdance this weekend over on my IG? If not, you need to check it out– it’s SO FUNNY! He’s the best!

Here’s an overall view of my week in my memory planner. Turquoise is one of my *favorite* colors, so I’m currently loving my spreads in August in this Be Bright planner. I am also loving the journey of memory planning. It really makes me focus on taking photos of my days– the good and the bad! This is seriously my favorite planner right now!

Do any of you use your Happy Planner to memory plan? How did your eighth week turn out in your memory planner? I’d love to hear about your week and see photos! Leave a comment below or go tag me in your picture on my IG- @kellofaplan !
