This is not a sponsored post. I just really, really love my Happy Planner and want to share the love and ideas!
This was the first week back to school, and I’m going to be really honest- it kicked my butt. It was hard to get back into the official swing of things, I was exhausted every night, I didn’t want to cook dinner every single day, it was overall just a real struggle. I found happiness in crafting every single night and having a super fun filled weekend, though! It was a week full of everyday memories, but honestly, those are the best kind… right??

This is the first half of my week. As you can see, it was a pretty basic week. Nothing exciting happened, and I spent every night relaxing on the couch. Honestly it was the perfect back to school week— little stress at home and lots of relaxing in the evenings made me a lot more productive at work!
If you look under my “notes” section on the left, you will see the photo that @the_happy_planner posted about my upcoming meet up! It is happening in less.than.two.weeks.holy.smokes. !!!! I have a few things left to do on my to do list for that meet up, but really I’m just getting SO excited about a weekend with my favorite planner babes!
Here’s the second half of my week. On Friday, I received a package from Ashley Brooke Boutique that had the most ADORABLE planner mug in it! You have got to check her store out. She sales the cutest items, and all of her planner items are my personal favorite!
On Saturday, I met Michelle (@planthehappies) for lunch in McKinney. It was so fun to meet a planner friend in real life! We had a great time talking about planners and just life in general. I can’t wait to see her again in two weeks!
So now for a little information about this spread. I decided to go with a “Bright” colored theme because I was tired of the blue green every week! The washi tape I used is from the neon planner basics line of washi tape. The stickers are from the bright planner basic pack. You can find both of these items at Hobby Lobby or online at the mambi shop! I also used papermate flair pens to write in this spread.
I can’t believe I’ve already finished two months of memory planning in this planner! I am loving this journey. It has forced me to take more pictures, and I love flipping back through it to check out what we’ve been up to lately. I posted my #monthlyflipthrough in my memory planner on Instagram this weekend. If you want to join us in posting your #monthlyflipthrough, it’s super easy! Just video yourself flipping through August in your happy planner and post it to instagram with the hashtag #monthlyflipthrough ! I can’t wait to see yours!
